Job Description
Manager or Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering at KOHO leading a team of analytics engineers. Responsible for scaling the analytics engineering function and collaborating with various business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 Analytics Engineers
- Own the analytics engineering platform
- Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Payment Operations, Risk, Treasury, and Product teams
- Lead cross-functional initiatives
- Drive performance and develop a long-term talent strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and team effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar technical data roles
- 2+ years managing technical teams
- Proven people leader
- Experience scaling teams
- Expert-level dbt knowledge
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills
- Modern data stack fluency
- Understanding of data platform architecture
