Job Description
Mestre pesquisando IA conversacional e análise de voz para projeto de inovação do Itaú. Avaliando modelos, áudio, NLP e agentes de IA para evolução de produtos.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a structured literature review on conversational AI and voice technologies
- Identify technological gaps and innovation opportunities
- Analyze methods for extracting acoustic, linguistic, and behavioral features
- Evaluate techniques for detecting communication states from audio
- Propose communication assessment models for corporate environments
- Design experiments and scientific validation criteria
- Prepare technical specifications for product enhancement
- Support engineering teams in translating findings into features
- Produce technical documentation and executive reports
- Periodically present findings and recommendations to the project team
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with the degree completed
- Data Scientist profile
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Experience searching for and analyzing scientific papers
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent architectures
- Knowledge of audio and speech processing
- Knowledge of STT (Speech-to-Text)
- Knowledge of TTS (Text-to-Speech)
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of AI libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of NLP
- Experience with experimental model evaluation
- Scientific publications related to AI, voice, or NLP
- Experience with Voice AI
- Experience with Speech Emotion Recognition
- Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Experience with conversational agents
- Knowledge of prosodic analysis and acoustic signals
- Experience with multimodal environments
- Previous development of AI products or prototypes
- Participation in recognized research groups
- Knowledge of adult learning
- Contributions to open-source projects related to the field
Benefits:
- Stipend: BRL 9,000.00
