Job Description
Senior clinician leading medical work for clinical trials at HealthMatch. Overseeing EMR reviews, collaborating with engineering, and providing strategic medical leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Owning EMR review across our trial portfolio.
- Working with engineering to refine our automated EMR screening.
- Encoding eligibility criteria for new sponsor-direct trials.
- Strategic medical leadership across the company.
- Attending weekly customer meetings on our sponsor-direct trials.
- Driving improvements across our portfolio.
- Partnering across the team.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical training. You hold an MD, MBBS, DO, or MD-PhD.
- Comfortable being hands-on.
- A process and systems mindset.
- Smart, proactive, resilient.
- Quick learner across TAs.
- Cohort and population thinking.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Enthusiastic about picking up AI as a new, deep skill.
- Startup tolerance.
