Job Description
Consultant führt ADN-IT-Reseller durch Microsoft-Spezialisierungen und Partneranforderungen. Beratung, Projektsteuerung und skalierbare Delivery des How to Specialize Angebots.
Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft partners on their journey toward achieving specializations
- Guide partners from initial orientation through the successful attainment of a Microsoft specialization
- Conduct discovery and consulting calls
- Analyze the partner’s current status and identify suitable Microsoft specializations
- Develop individualized specialization roadmaps
- Conduct workshops and provide guidance on Microsoft requirements and evidence
- Support audit and assessment preparation
- Provide guidance throughout the entire specialization process
- Plan and track consulting projects
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Document project progress and ensure a high standard of consulting quality
- Monitor changes in the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem
- Evaluate new requirements and programs
- Prepare relevant information for partners and internal teams
- Support presales meetings
- Prepare proposals and statements of work
- Develop new consulting approaches and services
- Work closely with the Consulting Team Lead
- Gradually take ownership of client projects and responsibilities within the How to Specialize offering
Requirements:
- Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem or IT consulting
- Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies
- Basic knowledge of Azure, Modern Work, or Security
- Experience working on client projects
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Strong willingness to learn
- Interest in Microsoft programs and funding models
- Experience with Microsoft Solutions Partner designations (a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft specializations (a plus)
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (a plus)
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure (a plus)
- Experience conducting workshops (a plus)
- Microsoft-related certifications (a plus)
