Job Description
Remote acquisition consultant buying homes for House Buyers of America. Valuing properties, negotiating deals, and meeting homeowners to present offers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is property values
- Meet with homeowners to present offers
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closing
- Buy homes for House Buyers of America
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Great communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Evening and weekend availability is required
- Flexibility to accommodate seller schedules
- Ability to conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients
- Client-facing experience
