Job Description
Real estate acquisition consultant buying and valuing homes for House Buyers of America. Negotiating deals, estimating repairs, and guiding acquisitions through closing.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during the closing process
- Buy homes for House Buyers of America
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Great communication skills and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Flexibility to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow
- Regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients
