Job Description
Pleno Delphi Developer executing development projects for agricultural solutions. Engaging in team collaboration and contributing to business-specific systems and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in team meetings to understand, discuss and distribute requests, defining the order of execution according to the priorities of requesting areas
- Perform technical analysis based on requirements
- Gather information from the support team, when necessary, to complete understanding of the request
- Implement solutions in Delphi according to the analysis
- Ensure adherence to business rules and programming best practices
- Execute tests and simulations to validate correct functionality of features
- Compile test builds and forward them to the team responsible for validation
- Ensure that deliveries are properly versioned and documented
- Assist the support team with questions about system processes and routines
- Contribute to the creation of customized reports according to client requests
- Perform other job-related activities as required by the team
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in Delphi development
- Basic knowledge of relational databases, including Firebird and Oracle
- Familiarity with Clean Code principles and Design Patterns
- Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
