Job Description
Mid-Level Fullstack Developer at ticket i/O collaborating on event management systems using Node.js and PHP. Engaging in agile methodologies to develop new features and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Support your team in the ongoing development and reimplementation of processes for issuing and invalidating event tickets, as well as their delivery
- Design and develop new features: from requirement analysis to implementation of each development step
- Balance solution-oriented, pragmatic, and cost-effective trade-offs between visionary ideas and optimal software architecture
- Take responsibility for process monitoring, with a special focus on scalability
- Perform some operations (DevOps) tasks in collaboration with our two administrators
- We follow the motto “you built it, you run it”. Supported by our core team and frameworks, we rely on the benefits of NestJS on the backend and React on the frontend
Requirements:
- You enjoy working in agile teams and operate in a self-organized, responsible manner
- You have experience with distributed systems
- You are familiar with the full stack: frontend to backend, infrastructure, and database
- You have several years of professional experience with Node.js and are proficient in JavaScript (ideally TypeScript)
- You have an eye for clean architectures and interfaces
- You refine your work using unit tests and similar practices, and use Git to stay in sync with your team
- You are curious and not afraid to learn new programming languages, technologies, and methodologies
- You speak fluent English and good German (at least B2)
- Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or AWS knowledge is a plus
