Job Description

Support Developer involved in system support and issue resolution. Working with a qualified team to enhance software solutions in the insurance market.

Responsibilities:

  • Will work on the support team analyzing and resolving tickets and issues related to the Client's system.
  • Objective:
  • Analyze and understand the process and code in order to provide more effective problem resolution.
  • We operate with SLAs; each ticket has a specific criticality/priority and must be addressed within the required timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Experience in projects or strong knowledge of the following development tools and practices:
  • Java 8
  • Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with APIs
  • Backend programming fundamentals
  • Databases: SQL Server / DynamoDB
  • Nice to have:
  • Git
  • Web APIs
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • AWS
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • React
