Job Description
Mobile Network Engineer managing telecommunications projects, collaborating with clients and vendors, and providing operational support. Engaged in network configuration, upgrades, and performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Continuing conversations with one of their clients to gather additional information to finalize the network diagram and start configuring and finalizing the nodes.
- Performing final fine-tuning on the completed CEE upgrade while executing required night activities as part of ongoing project work.
- Providing ongoing operational support by actively handling and resolving tickets, including CDR-related, IoT, and ChirpStack issues.
- Planning and coordinating the BSP upgrade with the vendor.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate project activities, exchange technical information, and support smooth execution of operational and upgrade tasks.
- Researching, recommending, and implementing technical solutions to improve mobile network performance and reliability.
- Supporting the UAT and troubleshooting of issues found and taking timely corrective action.
- Introducing new equipment while maintaining equipment under responsibility.
- Generating reports and analyzing data on the assigned projects.
- Monitoring and analyzing technical reports.
- Preparing technical procedures to execute the task, while also collaborating closely with the vendors and customers for the information required.
