Job Description
Motion Design Team Lead for Welltech, leading a team to create innovative motion graphics. Focus on creative production in the Health & Fitness industry through mentorship and artistic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Motion Design team
- Transform briefs into captivating visuals and contribute to performance and marketing campaigns
- Mentor and inspire team members, ensuring quality across projects
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate creative vision and strategies
- Define processes and workflows for effective project management
Requirements:
- 2+ proven years of experience leading a Motion Design team. A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills is required.
- High level of competency with the following: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Understanding of various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and their specific design requirements and formats.
- High level of competency with Generative AI tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Health&Fitness industry trends is a plus.
- Experience with some automation tools is preferred.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (B2 +)
- Desirable: Ukranian language
