Job Description
NetSuite Consulting Manager leading financial ERP implementations for BPM, a California-based accounting and consulting firm. Managing enterprise client engagements, functional design, teams, and pre-sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including GL, chart of accounts, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, OneWorld, intercompany transactions and eliminations, currency management and consolidation, financial close processes, and ARM
- Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes
- Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements
- Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements
- Support pre-sales through demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture
- Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials
- Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld (Multi-Entity), Advanced Revenue Management, General Ledger, chart of accounts, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, intercompany accounting and eliminations, multi-currency and consolidation, and financial close management
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven experience leading functional consulting teams and managing client engagements
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred
- NetSuite Financial User or Administrator Certification is a plus
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Financial Dashboards, and reporting
- Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, payroll, banking, tax, or third-party financial systems
- Consulting or professional services background
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development
