Job Description
Network Support Specialist ensuring optimal network performance for Kyndryl. Teaming with experts to troubleshoot and maintain computer network operations.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks
- Identify and resolve network issues
- Make configuration changes and implement security policies
- Plan and execute routine network changes
- Troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages
- Maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers
- Monitor network performance and maintain network security
- Provide user support for network-related issues
Requirements:
- 3–5 years firewall or network security operations experience
- Cisco Firewall Support Engineer provides advanced operational support and configuration management for enterprise Cisco firewall environments.
- Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Strong firewall policy and NAT knowledge
- Hands-on IPsec and remote access VPN experience
- Packet analysis skills
- Centralized firewall management experience
- CCNP Security/Enterprise preferred
- Ansible Automation exposure preferred
- Change management experience preferred
