Job Description

Novartis Territory Account Specialist driving neuroscience account engagement and sales across Milwaukee and Green Bay. Connecting healthcare providers with access solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions
  • Build strategic territory plans aligned to shared priorities and product demand
  • Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues
  • Analyze market, competitive, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and challenges
  • Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and support pull-through efforts
  • Lead customer engagements virtually and in person
  • Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions and collaborate across functions
  • Deliver real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services
  • Personalize customer outreach using digital tools and omni-channel strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts and Health Care Providers
  • Improve patient outcomes through account engagement, access navigation, and demand generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Experience within the last 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or similarly complex sales environments
  • Territory Account Specialist level: 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Senior Territory Account Specialist level: 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Executive Territory Account Specialist level: 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Associate level: 4+ years of US military service in a leadership capacity or limited prior sales experience
  • Proven consistent high performance
  • Experience selling to large accounts and key customers
  • Analytic ability to identify, prioritize, and apply relevant information
  • Ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws
  • Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border
  • Ability to travel 60–80% across a broad geography
  • Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory
  • Fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
  • Ability to communicate clinical product information
  • COVID-19 customer credentialing requirements may include vaccination
