Job Description
Online PMHNP providing virtual psychiatric consultations, diagnoses, and medication management through UpLift’s mental-health marketplace. Coordinating evidence-based care with therapists on UpLift’s telemedicine platform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine
- Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists
- Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards
- Share product and workflow feedback with engineering and operations teams to improve care delivery
- Make clinical decisions independently in accordance with state telehealth laws and professional standards
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active medical license in good standing
- Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care
- United States location required
- PMHNP certification/qualification
- Previous telemedicine experience is a plus
- Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages
- Medical License preferred
Benefits:
- Estimated effective hourly earnings of $73 to $160 per hour based on a 60-minute session assumption, with actual compensation varying by CPT codes, license, state, payer reimbursement, clinical decisions, case mix, scheduling availability, and geographic market factors
