Job Description
PMHNP providing virtual behavioral healthcare through Iris Telehealth, which expands access to mental health care nationwide. Conducting evaluations, prescribing medications, and coordinating interdisciplinary treatment from home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide virtual behavioral health services to patients across the U.S.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to enhance access to behavioral health care
- Partner with healthcare facilities nationwide while focusing on patient care
Requirements:
- Active PMHNP license in the state of California required
- Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience following issuance of a PMHNP-BC license
- Experience and willingness to treat patients across various age groups; minimum of ages 12+
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm PST
- PMHNP ANCC Board Certification
- Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
