Job Description

Senior Oracle ARCS Consultant leading cloud reconciliation design, integrations, and managed services. Supporting enterprise finance close processes, controls, incidents, and stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service within a Managed Services engagement
  • Own end-to-end ARCS delivery, including solution architecture, enhancements, incident resolution, and stakeholder management
  • Design and optimize reconciliation types, formats, profiles, rules, workflows, and transaction matching
  • Architect auto-reconciliation logic, matching rules, and tolerance frameworks for high-volume/high-risk accounts
  • Own integrations between ARCS and Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP, and other GL/ERP source systems
  • Identify manual reconciliations for automation and reduce reconciliation cycle time
  • Act as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA
  • Manage ticket queues, prioritize critical and period-end issues, and ensure root-cause resolution
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles; monitor reconciliation completion and drive exception resolution
  • Own change management for configuration updates, enhancements, and minor change requests
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle patches and updates, including impact assessment, non-production testing, and regression testing
  • Present service performance, open risks, and improvement roadmaps in governance calls
  • Maintain SOX-compliant documentation, including configuration records, SOPs, RACI, and audit evidence
  • Mentor junior team members and analysts
  • Liaise with client Controllership, R2R, and IT teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
  • 6–10 years in finance systems, with 4+ years hands-on Oracle ARCS implementation and support experience
  • Proven experience delivering under a Managed Services / Shared Services model with SLA accountability
  • Strong grasp of GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and close processes
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud suite (ARCS; exposure to FCCS/EPBCS/TRCS a plus)
  • Proficient in Data Management/FDMEE, EPM Automate, and integration troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue diagnosis
  • Experience supporting SOX/internal audit reconciliation controls
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communications skills
  • Oracle ARCS/EPM certification preferred
  • Experience leading ARCS implementations or migrations preferred
  • Exposure to RPA or broader R2R/Finance Transformation initiatives preferred
  • Prior experience in a global delivery/GBS environment supporting multi-geography clients preferred
  • ITIL familiarity preferred
