Job Description
Part-Time Mental Health Provider delivering teletherapy for women's health at Seven Starling. Collaborating with a clinical team to provide evidence-based care during reproductive journeys.
Responsibilities:
- As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 28-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
- Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 24 client appointments per week
- Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
- Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
Requirements:
- Independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- California Residency requirement
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
- Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company
