Job Description
Therapist supporting the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona for payer enrollment and credentialing activities. Flexible 1099 consultant role with potential for clinical service opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
- Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Arizona state residency required
