Job Description
Psychotherapist providing individual, couples, and group therapy remotely. Collaborating on treatment plans that honor clients’ cultural values and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that respect their cultural values and preferences
- Provide support and psychoeducation to clients and their families about the intersections of culture, identity, and mental well-being
- Submit accurate and HIPAA-compliant progress notes, including intake, progress, and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of cultural competency and mental health
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
Requirements:
- Licensed in NY, NJ, FL, CT, CA
- Licensure in additional states welcome if independently licensed
- Fluency in additional languages a plus
- Minimum 20 hours building to 35-40 hours/week, Must include two evening time slots or one evening and one weekend time slot
