Job Description
Partner programs manager optimizing onboarding, workflow analytics, certifications, and funding operations. Supporting Rubrik’s data security, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence within the Global Channel Strategy and Operations Organization
- Serve as a bridge between business partners, internal stakeholders, and leadership
- Manage Partner Programs case resolution and eliminate root-cause operational issues
- Optimize workflows and reduce support volume across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product
- Oversee governance and distribution of internal enablement materials and partner-facing assets
- Use AI tools and analytical platforms to track KPIs, analyze case trends, and present recommendations to the Director, Partner Programs
- Direct end-to-end new partner onboarding, including regional approval matrices, legal contracts, and global governance protocols
- Establish and maintain real-time reporting for Sales and Technical Certifications
- Oversee purchase orders, financial approvals, and fund distribution for Contra, BDF, and MDF using Coupa
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations experience in case management, partner operations, tier-2/3 support coordination, or business operations in a global setting
- Persistent, hands-on problem-solving experience and ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to audit processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable, data-backed solutions
- Flexibility and adaptability in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Coupa, and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and enterprise search platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or Glean
- Ability to work full United States business hours with CST alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Preferred: 7+ years of specialized experience in Channel Programs, Channel Operations, or Partner Success in SaaS or Cybersecurity
- Preferred: Global experience managing cross-border channel operations
- Preferred: Creative problem-solving experience innovating partner engagement models and program frameworks
