Job Description
Payor Data Analyst role managing client data effectively within Sharecare processes for improved healthcare outcomes. Requires SQL knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and effective management of client data within existing Sharecare processes
- Drive data quality and follow governance for Audit Data analytics
- Responsible for the management and quality control of datasets in preparation for production and reporting usage
- Act as the Day-to-Day processor of incoming client data
- Operate as the point of escalation for clients and team members
- Run reports for internal and/or external clients
- Provide data elements for key reports to leaders
- Assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to systems
- Identify data shortfalls and liaise with data and development teams to close gaps and/or improve data fidelity
- Propose solutions to ensure business continuity
- Provide operational support specific to client data to payor engagement managers
- Ensure mastery understanding of all internal and external data and reporting
- Prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Knowledge of programming languages like Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data set analyzing
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong Conscious Leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with clients, providers, and internal partners
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to travel within the United States as needed
