Job Description
Senior Creative Designer at Directive responsible for visual identity and ad creative across various platforms. Collaborating with teams to establish brand standards and produce sales materials.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Directive's visual identity
- Produce ad creative that runs across paid programs
- Design sales materials for growth teams
- Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
- Create and produce static ad units and motion graphics
- Collaborate with media team on campaign performance data
- Design pitch decks, case study presentations, and sales enablement assets
- Maintain visual consistency across all ad creative
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, with a meaningful portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment
- A portfolio that shows range across brand work and performance creative
- Demonstrated experience designing for paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- At least 1–2 years of motion graphics and short-form video production experience
- Experience designing sales and pitch materials for a professional services or B2B context
- Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools
- Heavy reliance and comfortability with generative AI
