Job Description

Power Platform Designer at Lanlink transforming complex business needs into efficient solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities include prototyping, requirement gathering, and system improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create prototypes, wireframes, and navigation flows (UX/UI) to facilitate system development
  • Lead and support requirements gathering with stakeholders and business units
  • Map current processes (AS-IS) and propose improvements (TO-BE), both at the process and technical levels
  • Translate business needs into functional solutions within the Power Platform environment
  • Specify functional requirements and business rules, converting them into prototypes
  • Support backlog prioritization together with stakeholders
  • Design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint
  • Document processes, requirements, and solutions
  • Act as a bridge between users and the development team
  • Assist in validating deliveries with end users (user acceptance/testing)
  • Support continuous improvements and the evolution of internal and client systems

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design with an emphasis on Digital, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in Interface Design (UI) and UX
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
  • SharePoint
  • UX/UI applied to enterprise systems
  • Writing functional documentation (user stories, use cases, etc.)
  • Desired certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), certifications in UX/UI
  • Portfolio (required): Present prototypes, examples of applications or automations developed, and a description of the business problem + proposed solution
  • Differentials: Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), knowledge of Power Apps
