Job Description
Performance Marketing Teamlead leading the Marketing team with successful brands like HelloFresh. Taking charge of major marketing budgets and strategies for E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Managing successful brands such as HelloFresh, KoRo and yfood
- Leading the marketing team
- Managing six-figure advertising budgets on Meta
- Developing and implementing new marketing strategies
- Planning and executing A/B tests
Requirements:
- At least 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing
- Focus on E‑commerce
- Ideally agency experience, but not required
- Prior team leadership experience is a plus
- Fluent German
