Job Description
Product Designer for Projuris, focusing on user research and design solutions for SaaS products. Collaborating with teams to improve product experience through AI integration.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to the Product Manager during discovery, contributing to the identification of user problems and needs.
- Conduct end-to-end user research: recruitment, moderation, analysis, and presentation of findings.
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces independently, taking responsibility for design decisions within your scope.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure viable solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor product and design metrics, understanding how design deliverables impact business results.
- Design experiences that incorporate Artificial Intelligence into the product and use AI in the design process itself.
- Contribute to best practices for visual and interaction consistency, helping to build design maturity within the company.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in digital products, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Self-driven, with a track record of leading feature design in direct partnership with PMs, without reliance on more senior designers.
- Hands-on experience in user research.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, or similar).
- Ability to justify design decisions based on data, research, and business objectives.
- Knowledge and active use of Artificial Intelligence tools and concepts.
- Ability to influence the product backlog based on user pain points and needs, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- **Differentials**
- Experience in legaltech or products targeting the legal sector.
- Familiarity with product metrics (analytics, funnels, engagement).
- Knowledge of service design (service blueprints, end-to-end journey mapping).
