Job Description
Lead Product Designer at EverWell focusing on impactful product design across desktop and mobile. Championing human-centred design while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class product design for complex products
- Drive seamless cross-product experiences
- Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle
- Conduct and apply UX research
- Mentor and coach designers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in SaaS product design
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end user-centred design processes
- Strong expertise across UX methodologies including research and prototyping
- Experience designing complex, cross-product experiences
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
