Job Description
Platform Engineer designing cloud-native solutions in a serverless public cloud environment. Joining Cloudticity's team to leverage AWS and Azure for healthcare innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-native solutions in a serverless public cloud environment
- Contribute hands-on code using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CDK
- Participate in and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
- Work with major cloud provider services to architect platform solutions
- Collaborate closely with a small development team to design scalable, secure solutions
- Support frontend development as needed, experience using Typescript (Svelte and/or React), HTML/CSS, and other modern frontend technologies is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Expert level Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (The Cloudticity platform is AWS first, but this role requires Azure experience as well)
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Go, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
- Frontend development experience (Svelte, HTML/CSS, Tailwind CSS)
- Experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar IaC frameworks
- Experience working on small development teams
- Experience with using LLMs in engineering practices
