Job Description
Technical Product Manager overseeing 'XTM Cloud' product delivery at Filigran. Collaborating with platform engineers and leadership for effective project management and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery structure across all three platform products: epics, milestones, sprints, and priorities
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of what is in progress, what is blocked, and what is at risk — at all times
- Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with engineers and stakeholders
- Track and communicate ETAs, flag risks early, and help the team course-correct when needed
- Write and maintain product documentation, decision logs, and delivery reports
- Act as the coordination hub between Platform Engineering and other teams (Product, Software Engineering, Customer Success, Solution Engineering)
- Ensure engineers are never waiting on process, context, or approvals
- Manage cross-team dependencies proactively
- Apply Filigran Product practices and participate to process improvements (Notion, GIthub Projects, Product AI Agents).
- Introduce lightweight, pragmatic processes that fit a fast-moving engineering team — no overhead for overhead's sake
- Build and maintain dashboards and visibility tools that give the Director and VP a real-time view of delivery health
- Produce clear, concise delivery updates for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Translate technical progress into business-relevant language when needed
- Help prepare roadmap reviews, planning documents, and cross-functional presentations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or similar role in a software or infrastructure engineering environment OR 5+ years of experience as a SRE/Cloud Engineer/Platform Engineer with a taste for product management and a proven experience in project management within an infrastructure team
- Genuine technical literacy — you don't need to write code, but you must be comfortable reading architecture diagrams, understanding infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud deployments), and having technical conversations with engineers
- Proven experience managing delivery in an agile or product-led environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, direct, no fluff
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and risk
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to bring structure to unclear situations without being prescriptive
- Remote-first mindset; based in Europe with a maximum ±2h gap from CET
- Fluent in english, French is a plus
Benefits:
- Competitive pay + equity - everyone shares in our success
- Remote-first, flexible, and balanced - work that fits your life
- Your setup, your choice - pick the gear that works for you
- Twice-a-year gatherings - we meet in person for regional and global offsites to connect, collaborate, and strengthen our culture beyond the screen
