Job Description
Presentation Designer creating templates and presentations for high-level clients. Using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and design projects.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary
- Create and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projects
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool
- Coordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
- Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines
- Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Train new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues
- Assist with monthly metrics and reporting
- May work with motion graphics and multimedia work
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience required
- At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience
- High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
- Experience with charting in excel
- Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of print design a plus
- Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends
- Capable of translating complex data in a visually compelling way
- Understands the importance of brand and can work within established standards
- Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT)
- Handle technical queries
