Job Description
Principal CPA, Director of Tax managing complex tax landscapes for creative entrepreneurs. Leading a tax team and delivering strategic tax recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and mentor the tax team
- Prepare personal and corporate tax planning documents
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Respond to client tax notices
- Create tax projections and analyses
Requirements:
- CPA with 8+ years of experience, majority in public accounting
- Comfortable in client-facing relationships
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (preferably Xero)
- Experience with major tax prep software
- Familiarity with project management tools
