Job Description
Principal Data Analyst managing complex data analysis initiatives that support revenue cycle performance. Balancing multiple stakeholder requests while ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of analytical outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and managing complex data analysis initiatives that support revenue cycle performance and organizational financial objectives
- Balancing multiple concurrent requests from a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of analytical outputs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Other Or equivalent educ/experience
- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles involving large and complex data sets
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including advanced query development, data modeling, and performance optimization within large relational databases
- Strong skills in MS Office (eg Excel)
- Experience working with Epic systems, including Epic Clarity, and the ability to extract, interpret, and analyze data from Epic revenue cycle modules
