Job Description

Product Manager II managing the expansion and adoption of genetic tests via EMR integrations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive prioritization efforts for the EMR product domain.
  • Partner with PMO, TPMs, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs.
  • Engage with UX designers, business stakeholders, and software engineering teams through the full product and order management lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain the backlog of the engineering team(s) you are assigned to.
  • Champion our EMR products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.
  • Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Owner experience with proven success shipping multiple technology products across releases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • CSPO certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs.
  • Experience developing and presenting business cases and multi-phase product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Agile development.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare space preferred.
  • Applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
