Job Description
Product Manager III at R1 transforming healthcare data acquisition and client needs. Leading Agile practices for product execution and delivery on a cloud-based framework.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for a cloud-based framework
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the platform and healthcare data
- Gather requirements, define solution approaches, support data implementation and migration
- Drive adoption, own all work intake and the product backlog
- Using Agile practices to negotiate priorities, manage feature delivery, track timelines, communicate progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience is required, preferably in data quality or related fields
- Advanced SQL Experience (complex queries, data transformations, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data quality tools and techniques such as data profiling, cleansing, and data validation
- R1 business process subject matter expert with the ability to translate business requests into technical tasks
- Expert in Agile Scrum product development methodologies
- Understanding of cloud-based data systems such as Airflow, Snowflake or Databricks
