Job Description
Program Manager overseeing cybersecurity programs for small businesses at Kobalt.io. Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate successful program delivery and client success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for clients
- Maintain a client NPS score of 8.67 or above
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure all program processes are documented
- Own and enhance delivery team processes
- Manage program budgets and resource allocations
- Lead subject matter experts to drive successful outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage roadblocks
- Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with customer executives
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com)
- Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to move fast while remaining calm under pressure
- Nice to have: Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP
- Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products
