Job Description
Program Manager providing leadership for federal transition assistance programs supporting military Service members. Overseeing staffing, operational deployment, and stakeholder coordination across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for federal transition assistance programs
- Oversee program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage project implementation plans, staffing strategies, operational readiness, and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and quality control requirements
- Coordinate regional operations and support the delivery of transition assistance services
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience
- Master’s degree in related field
- 5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD
- Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification)
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
