Job Description
Chef de projet commercial développant l'agencement de pharmacies pour un concepteur-fabricant de PLV. Conception AutoCAD, prospection et négociation de projets sur mesure.
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue in the pharmacy fit-out segment
- Actively prospect pharmacy owners in the assigned territory and convert ongoing opportunities
- Conduct layout studies and take site measurements during appointments
- Design 2D space-planning drawings in AutoCAD
- Define the customer journey strategy for pharmacies
- Hand projects over to the design office for 3D modeling and cost estimation
- Present the complete offering, negotiate, and close fit-out projects from A to Z
- Remain the pharmacist’s primary point of contact through final project delivery, without managing operational follow-up
Requirements:
- Proven senior-level profile
- Previous experience in pharmacy fit-outs is essential
- Active network of pharmacy owners and pharmacy groups
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is essential
- Knowledge of the various building trades
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations
- High-level consultative approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical rigor and attention to detail
- Strong spatial awareness
