Job Description
Medical writing project manager leading Informed Consent Form projects for clinical research clients. Managing timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead patient-centric medical writing projects focused on Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)
- Collaborate with internal, client, and cross-functional teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, forecasts, and contract modifications
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of projects and documents for internal and external clients
- Build client relationships and identify and resolve client management issues
- Develop, monitor, and adapt project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Serve as liaison with other departments on contract modifications
- Lead team meetings and communicate regularly to maintain timelines, resources, and quality
- Prepare and monitor timelines and provide status updates to escalation points
- Review projects using tracking and management tools
- Evaluate, escalate, and resolve risks affecting project quality, budget, or timeline
- Ensure compliance with quality processes and requirements
- Review and manage project performance metrics
