Job Description

Project Manager / Scrum Master leading delivery of a high-impact Fintech product. Managing development using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of fintech product initiatives
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reporting
  • Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
  • Track KPIs, velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Remove impediments impacting team productivity
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Product Owner to prioritize backlog
  • Coordinate development of applications built on: NET Core, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and Azure deployments
  • Ensure architectural alignment and scalability standards
  • Communicate project status to leadership and external stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
  • Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in IT industry
  • 3–5 years as Project Manager or Scrum Master in product-based environment
  • Experience managing Fintech / Banking / Payment / Financial systems projects
  • Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices
  • Good understanding of: NET Core, RESTful API development, Microservices architecture, Azure Cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework
  • Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps Boards
  • Sprint metrics and reporting experience
  • PMP / CSM / SAFe certification preferred
  • Experience in high-volume transaction systems preferred
  • Knowledge of security & compliance in fintech preferred
  • Exposure to payment gateways, reconciliation systems, or regulatory reporting preferred
