Job Description
Proposals Development Associate supporting client proposals for ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Coordinating estimates, timelines, research, reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents
- Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and finance teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness
- Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Support proposal process management, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines
- Assist in maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%)
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
