Job Description

Provider Network Specialist researching elite healthcare providers for Private Health Management. Strengthening provider intelligence, technology-enabled workflows, and patient access.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain PHM’s proprietary database of elite healthcare providers
  • Expand PHM’s provider network through research, evaluation, and relationship development
  • Support technology-enabled processes for provider management, insurance verification, and patient access
  • Review provider credentials and healthcare programs using PHM’s evaluation criteria
  • Partner with clinical, research, and operations teams to translate provider insights into actionable recommendations
  • Research and identify high-quality providers across medical specialties
  • Evaluate providers and programs with clinical and research partners
  • Use and improve internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency
  • Ensure provider intelligence is accessible, accurate, and actionable
  • Contribute process improvements as PHM evolves and scales

Requirements:

  • Availability to work Pacific Time Zone (PST) or Mountain Time Zone (MST) business hours required
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across clinical, research, and operations teams
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • Strong affinity for technology and process optimization
  • Self-starter approach with strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize information across medical specialties
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Prior provider-facing healthcare experience and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field strongly preferred
  • Experience conducting or administering academic and/or clinical research strongly preferred
  • Prior customer service, concierge, or client-relations experience is a plus
  • Must live in and physically perform all work in the United States
