Job Description
Psychotherapist providing evidence-based telehealth mental health care through BlueSky Telepsych. Collaborating virtually with therapists and prescribers to coordinate patient treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients without corporate administrative interference
- Provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth consultations
- Participate in a team-based model with multiple therapists and a prescriber
- Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
- Build and manage a rapidly growing caseload
- Perform clinical work from home on clinician-chosen days and hours
- Attend virtual clinical team meetings
Requirements:
- Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Must be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required
- Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computers and technology
- Prior experience providing Telehealth services preferred
