Job Description
Psychotherapist providing evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy for BlueSky Telepsych’s behavioral health patients. Collaborating with psychiatric and counselor providers through virtual, team-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through telehealth
- Practice autonomously in the patient's best interest
- Collaborate actively with psychiatric and counselor providers
- Coordinate care in a team-based format
- Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Work clinically from home according to self-selected days and hours
- Participate in virtual clinical team meetings
Requirements:
- Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required
- Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computers and technology
- Prior experience providing Telehealth services preferred
