Job Description
QA Lead Sênior estruturando estratégia, governança e testes para projetos complexos de seguros. Liderando equipes e garantindo qualidade, rastreabilidade e segurança nas entregas.
Responsibilities:
- Establish QA strategy, processes, and governance
- Define methodologies, standards, quality criteria, and KPIs
- Plan and coordinate testing cycles
- Organize and lead the QA team, allocating and monitoring activities
- Participate in requirements analysis and identify risks and impacts
- Define testing strategies and test plans according to solution criticality
- Monitor functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Manage and track defects
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria and delivery quality standards
- Monitor quality indicators and metrics
- Collaborate with development, product, business, architecture, and other stakeholder teams
- Drive the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices
- Support the technical development and organization of the QA team
- Define and support the test automation strategy
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance and software testing
- Previous experience as a QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, QA Specialist, or technical authority in the field
- Experience establishing quality processes and operations
- Advanced knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience planning and managing testing cycles
- Experience managing and tracking defects
- Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Experience testing APIs and integrations
- Ability to analyze requirements, risks, and impacts
- Experience with quality indicators and metrics
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Autonomy to establish a QA function from the ground up
- Preferred: experience in the insurance industry
- Preferred: knowledge of insurance business processes
- Preferred: experience with insurance core systems
- Preferred: experience working on large-scale projects and in environments with multiple integrations
- Preferred: experience with test automation
- Preferred: knowledge of SQL
- Preferred: experience with microservices and distributed architectures
