Job Description
Mobile QA Engineer testing Coveron’s identity theft protection platform across iOS and Android. Building automated tests and supporting secure identity-protection releases.
Responsibilities:
- Own manual and exploratory testing across iOS and Android
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Validate mobile-specific behavior, including notifications, deep links, permissions, app lifecycle, and network changes
- Test mobile integrations with backend services and APIs
- Report, prioritize, and track defects with developers and product managers
- Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to release decisions and continuous improvement of QA processes
- Help protect identities, spot threats early, and support recovery through Coveron’s identity theft protection service
Requirements:
- 3+ years of software QA experience, including mobile application testing
- Hands-on experience testing both iOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of manual, exploratory, regression, and integration testing
- Experience with API-testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with at least one mobile automation framework, such as XCUITest, Espresso, UIAutomator, or Appium
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
