Job Description
Video Editor creating high-performing social media content for residential real estate agency. Editing short-form reels for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with a focus on aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and edit reels specifically optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Occasionally handle full-length video edits as needed
- Utilize Frame.io to manage revision cycles and progressively submit work for review and approval throughout the week
- Perform basic color correction and grading to ensure a high-quality, professional look
- Add stylized, on-brand captions and utilize MOGRTs (Motion Graphics Templates) with tasteful transitions to drive viewer engagement
- Select and incorporate background music that fits the content's mood, with a primary focus on hip-hop and lo-fi tracks
Requirements:
- Previous experience editing videos specifically for a residential real estate agency is highly preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity and comfort using Adobe After Effects
- Proven experience with short-form social media content and trends
- Comfort working within collaborative platforms like Frame.io for iterative feedback
- Strong understanding of color grading, rhythmic timing, and on-brand typography
