Job Description
Research Interviewer role requiring bilingual proficiency and ability to follow scripts for data collection from U.S. consumers. Join a remote team for a reputable data analytics firm.
Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers all over the United States
- Gather the opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients products and services
- Closely follow a provided script
- Collect detailed opinions and deliver valuable, quality data to our clients
Requirements:
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
- Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
- Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
- Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
- Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
- Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
- Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
