Job Description
Research Interviewer at Escalent contacting US consumers to gather opinions on products and services. Work from home role, requiring detailed data collection and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers all over the United States following a provided script
- Gather opinions of respondents who have experience with our clients' products and services
- Collect detailed opinions and deliver valuable, quality data to our clients
Requirements:
- Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with the ability to quickly transcribe verbal responses
- Polite and friendly, punctual and reliable
- Ability to persuade others and give verbal direction
- Proficient with using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps
- Able to handle technical issues and troubleshooting quickly and independently
- Adapt quickly to new policies and procedures
- Enjoy working independently, are self-motivated and excel at repetitive tasks
