Job Description
Revenue cycle supervisor overseeing intake, billing, collections, and reimbursement for Option Care Health’s home infusion services. Managing staff productivity, payer invoicing, follow-up, training, and process quality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Intake and Reimbursement processes within the revenue cycle center
- Maintain high-quality service and ensure timely payment for services provided
- Supervise staff, processes, and productivity across intake, billing, collections, and cash posting
- Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager with policy and procedure adherence monitoring and designated audits
- Monitor and evaluate employee productivity and performance against goals
- Train new Revenue Cycle employees and conduct ongoing training and skills assessments
- Support staff with day-to-day and escalated issues
- Verify paperwork is complete and accurate before billing
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice submission to responsible payers
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up activity
- Develop, coach, and manage staff through orientation, training, objectives, communication, and constructive discipline
- Build employee morale, motivation, loyalty, and a team-like environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related supervisory experience, or 2-5 years of revenue cycle management experience showing demonstrated progression
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including SUM, borders, column widths, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers and footers, and print scaling
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills, including headers, page breaks, page numbers, tables, and adjusting table columns
- Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including slide management, navigation, text editing, views, tables, notes, object movement, printing outline view, and slide shows
- Previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience preferred
