Job Description
Site Supervisor overseeing on-site execution of stow’s automated storage projects in Romania. Coordinating assembly teams, subcontractors, safety, materials, and project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the on-site project scope efficiently and effectively according to stow Group QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology
- Communicate with the Project Manager regarding planning, organization, and material issues on site
- Act as the first direct contact on site for the assembly team, transport arrival, site QHSE-responsible, and client
- Organize the site for safe and efficient assembly execution
- Optimize on-site planning of the assembly team, equipment, and material arrivals
- Receive and resolve site issues and complaints
- Participate in site and weekly meetings
- Monitor project progress and quality, identify deviations, and initiate corrections
- Supervise subcontractors and safe project execution while observing QSHE regulations
- Supervise assembly methods and inspect delivered material quality
- Control equipment certificates and certification status
- Control project-related site organization and take corrective action
- Execute measurements to comply with EN and FEM norms
- Review assembly drawings for execution and safety and provide feedback to the Project Manager
- Solve on-site problems to maintain work progress
- Monitor assembly progress and register subcontractor personnel and equipment
- Follow up and report extra assembly work and hours
- Organize toolbox talks
- Consult SAP to track deliveries and extract material lists
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel 100% every week (Monday until Friday)
